Professional yoga instructors from Diana Vishneva's Context Pro Studio teach yoga on the lawn every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday from 10 AM to 11:30 AM.

Every Wednesday, 10 AM – 11 AM

RockBalls Outdoor is a series of training sessions designed to improve physical stamina and increase muscle strength. For each session, participants will be assigned new tasks and challenges, including elements from various disciplines: crossfit, gymnastics, athletics and stretching.

The sessions will take place on the park lawns and may be cancelled in case of bad weather. Participants should bring their own exercise mat and suitable clothing and footwear. Admission fee: donation.
